Anytime Care
HSHS colleagues and dependents covered under the HSHS Healthy Plan will have access to care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can visit with a doctor with HSHS Anytime Care, online or via the telephone. There is no cost to use the service for colleagues and eligible dependents enrolled in the HSHS Healthy Plan. All medical options pay 100%, and the deductible does not apply.

Adoption Assistance
For colleagues seeking to grow their families through adoption, HSHS provides financial support for eligible adoption expenses. Colleagues who have been employed with HSHS and eligible for FlexPlan benefits for at least six months will be able to receive reimbursement up to $7,500 per child.

Retirement
HSHS Funded Pension Benefit:Colleagues hired on or after July 1, 2014, are enrolled in the HSHS Pension Plan with a Cash Balance Benefit. Participation in the pension plan is automatic and HSHS pays the full cost.
Retirement Savings Plan:HSHS colleagues hired/rehired on or after July 1, 2014, are eligible to contribute to a 403(b) and/or Roth retirement savings plan with Fidelity Investments. HSHS will match 50¢ for every $1 you save on the first 4% of your eligible pay for contributions made to your 403(b) and/or Roth Savings Plan.

Disability and Life
Short-Team Disability and EIB:HSHS provides short-term disability coverage at no cost to you. Benefits are payable if you are away from work because of your own personal injury or illness, including pregnancy.
Long-Term Disability:If your disability keeps you from working for more than 180 days, you may be eligible for long-term disability benefits. Coverage cost is paid in full by HSHS.
Basic Life and AD&D Insurance: Hospital Sisters Health System provides basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage at no cost to you. You are not required to provide evidence of insurability – or proof of good health - for basic life and AD&D coverage.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
At HSHS colleagues are encouraged to take time away from work in an effort to have a healthy work-life balance.To support that expectation, all regular status colleagues budgeted to work at least 32 hours per pay period are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits. Paid Time Off combines vacation, individual sick days, holidays, and personal days into one account. The purpose of PTO is to give you the maximum flexibility in scheduling time away from work.
